Long day at work today, my Asd@ order arrived this evening when I got home, I'd had to reorder it as there was a problem last night with the van and it wasn't going to be delivered until after 11.30pm when I would be in bed. Got £5 voucher compo for the inconvenience.
My new CC is here so I'll set that up over the weekend, too tired now. Have done a few Prolific surveys in the last couple of days so up to £7 now with another £4+ pending.
Still coughing away and wakening myself up at night so very tired and going off now for an early night as up early again in the morning. Its not dark yet so reminds me of when I was wee and hated going to bed in the summer when it was still light :cool:0 -

Thanks KC, I am feeling a lot better, I think the combination of not being able to sleep for coughing and having 2 early mornings with long days at work in succession did me in a bit.0 -

Thanks Beanie, the plan is to not do much this weekend. The weather is horrible again here, yesterday was sunny in the morning then around lunchtime there was a succession of really sudden heavy showers. Today is cold and very wet again so think I'll be putting the winter duvet on tonight.0 -
I had a longish lie this morning until 9am but was still very tired when I got up so am taking it easy with no real plans for the weekend. I'd like to start next week having pretty much got rid of the cough.
I went out this morning as had 2 online sales to post and went to vets and picked up big, old furry boy's supply of pills for the month. Had a look in the charity shops and got a couple of books to read. I also went to the butchers to get some sausages as going to cook a meal for the family tomorrow. Not that I eat meat but they look better quality than the supermarket sausages. Managed to mostly dodge the heavy rain luckily.
Did a washing when I got back but no chance of hanging anything out to dry. Had hoped to do a bit of weeding but too wet.
Did a bit of matched betting, its going ok but slowly which is fine. Will put some bets on the Women's World Cup I think.
Watched some TV I'd recorded in the week and chilled out. No further sign of Ratty McRatface thank goodness :eek::eek: so am hoping they were just passing through on the way to somewhere else. I will keep an eye out though.
Better go and do the washing up.....0 -
Glad that you have mostly managed to dodge the rain.
No washing out here either or weeding.

Thanks Debtfree, definitely on the mend now though when I do cough the cat wakes up then glares and squeaks at me so I'm obviously disturbing his beauty sleep :rotfl:0
