    Good afternoon everyone,

Have had a bit of a stressfull week - had both my email address and ebay account hacked into, so spent quite a lot of time trying to sort it all out. Luckily, it looks like i picked up on both of them really quickly, and it is all ok now, but i have no idea how it has happened, and just hope it wont happen again!!

Also, i had been looking after a LO, but as i wasnt able to offer the mum the hours she wanted, it was only a temp thing, so although it has been a big help having him for a few weks, he now has another childminder to goto, and so no extra money for me, but never mind, at least i had a little extra for a short while.

The good news is that i did win a Tesco laptop, and it was delivered a couple of days ago!! So excited, trouble is, im not sure what to do with it. I really could do with the money, so have been thinking of selling it, but another part of me is thinking of giving it to DS and DD for xmas, but would they share nicely?? Now im going to sound really gready, as i wish for another laptop win, so we could all have one!!

So far today, ive managed to get up, showered and dressed!!! I did make bread rolls, which we had fresh from the oven with some bacon, and then we went to watch DS play football. They were playing the top team, and lost 3 - 1, but all the lads played so well they didnt deserve to lose, and we are all incredibly proud of them. I do have a bit of a sore throat now after all the shouting and cheering, and a headache, but i think the next thing im going to do is make a cuppa and have a couple of paracetamol, should help no end.

((HUGS)) to anyone who wants/needs one, i havnt read the threads for a few days, so hope everyone is well.

Have a lovely rest of day, take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Hi again

Many thanks for your kind Anniversary wishes. Its been great here, rain now stopped, and warming up a little. 7 cards from friends out here, a silk flower arrangement, and two bottle of Spanish bubbly. Found a local hairdressers that does beauty treatments too, so had eyebrows done (hard when eyes don't do close up anymore) and a manicure/pedicure, with nail enamel, 29€ - about £21 that isn't bad is it? The pedicure was brilliant and very relaxing, and well needed.

Thanks also for the kind message re my Spanish adventure, I didn't want to upset anyone with too much, hope I got it right.

He just p1$$es money away and then says its my fault we can't afford things because I'm not working atm.

Mr tru is exactly the same, I swore (to myself) that I'd never moan about any of the trus on here (seems unfair) but I'm sick to death of it and can't stand it any more.

I lose my rag and say 'Right then, take my cards to work with you, sell them off cheap and when they're gone, that's it - no more. I'll also pack in my part time job and go full time'. It's impossible to work full time and run my biz - not enough hours in the day. I haven't got enough time NOW and I only work 10 hours per week.

Never mind that I've wanted my own biz for what seems like forever and I'm finally making it work. As long as he's happy, right?

Doesn't help that absolutely NOBODY listens to me, unless it's to moan and whinge and generally unload all their misery onto me.

    Ungrateful selfish !!!!!!s

  • Aw Tru.....He is probably very proud of you and your business but just doesn't know how to get that accross. Alot of men these days seem to resent being the breadwinner. YOU know you are doing all you can WE will listen to you. x

Actually, my dad was very strict with me, even when I left school (curfews, etc) then I got pregnant at 18 so it was all about making sure I did things right for the baby. Fast forward to now (aged 36). I have never actually done anything just for me, and I was hoping that now the mini-trus are both working, I could have a few months of just looking after me and not worrying about anything else. I NEED to look after me for a while, it's always been about someone else. Even my job, I have to keep the phone on monday to friday, 8am to 5pm. This means no gym, no long bike rides, etc. during the day. I feel completely trapped

They are used to you doing everything..... Just TAKE the time you need and they will have to lump it. Tell them that they cannot have a superwoman AND a happy woman atm. They should be big enough and ugly enough to see to themselves for a bit.

    PM me anytime you like.

    Haribo x
