    Evening all!

Not much done today, if I'm honest. I did get chicken corn and bedding, did some food shopping, called in to a friend who is feeling a bit down and put some washing on...

    Flying? I don't think so...

    Still, tomorrow is another day.
  • Hi all x

Kaz thinking of you, big hugs xxx

Work done never halted all day. Went to chemist on the way home. Spoke to the pharmacist about my hands, they have broken out again and have started bleeding, so got some ointment for them. So far so good I've not started screaming with the stinging which everything else is doing to them.

Flywise since I've got in I have...
    Decluttered DD to dancing
Made a pot of soup and portioned it up ready to freeze when it's cooled
    2 x WM
    1 x emptying winterdyke
    1 x refilling winterdyke
    Up dated my spending diary.

Just decluttering a cuppa then I'm off to bed. Night all sweet dreams x

    I'm back.

Sadly my father passed away, over the Christmas period, before I went away, I made sure I went to see him, as I thought something might happen sad but he had a wonderful life, the funeral is at the end of the month. Now I am back it will be easier for me to 'help' was required with the various things relating to death and such matters.

    So sorry to hear that.
    Sorry also to Dancemum

No flying today unless you count work! 2 new assessments to write up now.

    Friday at last!

    Thoughts to Kaz and Dancemum

Not working today so hoping to have a good flying day. Priorities are paperwork, admin, banking type stuff with washing and either bedroom or bathroom.

Long long day at work yesterday but did manage 2 loads of washing and did the bit of ironing there was before I went out to work so hopefully my plan of 2 loads a day means that my mountain range of washing will be gone one day soon.

Pellet stove is already on so hopefully living room will be warm enough to sit in soon to start paperwork. It is tidy as is the kitchen except that cooker needs cleaning where potatoes boiled over and dinner needs organizing, I have all the ingredients to make bolognaise so will prepare that at some point in the day, perhaps whilst I'm in the kitchen at lunchtime

    See you later
  • Sorry to hear your news Dancemum and Kazx

Feeling quite chirpy this morning, been a good - but busy - week at work, and have managed to get to the gym a bit which is good. Hopefully cycling with my ladies group again tomorrow morning.

House is tidyish. One load of washing over airer, another to go in. Breakfast and paid stuff next. Need to call at supermarket later and spend as little as possible!

Have a good Friday everyone x

Good start to the day here,
    Cooker cleaned
Bins brought in from the road and rubbish taken out from the kitchen
Bag of pellets for stove brought in
Yesterday's washing all ironed (ok only a couple of bits) and put away.
WM on, 2nd load sorted ready to go in
Bed made and dirty clothes put in washing basket
    Cushions plumped up on sofa

Now enjoying a quick coffee before I go to get myself pampered, leg wax and eyebrow so hardly pampering but definitely 'me' time.

    xx

Funeral flowers are seriously expensive Kazw but it's at a time when you are at your most vulnerable so easy money. :(

Today I am free for most of the day so it's time to FLY!

Let's see how much I can get done.

Friday - Kids Room or Guest room
    Level 1
    [STRIKE]Open the windows WIDE
    Strip beds[/STRIKE]
after a suitable time (eat your breakfast)
[STRIKE]Make the bed[/STRIKE] Am I the only one that washes and dries the bedding and puts it straight back on? I can never be bothered to look for the spare bedding.

    Level 2
Dust every single surface - get the kids to sort out what's on them
    Clean the windows
[STRIKE]Check all lighting is functional especially the bedside lamp[/STRIKE]

    Level 3
    [STRIKE]Vacuum thoroughly[/STRIKE]
Sort out a drawer or a cupboard

    Extras
    S&S kitchen
    [STRIKE]S&S bathroom[/STRIKE]
make sure the people you love know you love them.

Fylady extra: [STRIKE]mop kitchen, downstairs WC & hall floor[/STRIKE]
