    Morning everyone,

shower doors. No matter what I do they always look as bad the day after. Do you lovely people have any magic formula to keep them sparkly?

    See you soon x

Best thing is to make sure everyone squeegies the water off every time they use the shower and even better get a dry e-cloth and dry the shower glass before you get out. It sounds a hassle but only takes a couple of minutes every day.

Kitchen and utility floor mopped (dog had a bit of an unfortunate accident). Utility room floor mat washed and has come out with a tear in it like it got snagged in the machine which is odd. Or maybe it's just disintegrating!

Roast dinner cooked and eaten, kitchen tidied. Not really back into a routine but working on it! DS has just put a load of washing in so that might need to go over airer.
  • Not a lot done today and an 11th hour phonecall at the close of business means flying is off the menu for the morning too. Oh joy!

Left the house at 6am for first meeting, just got home, work then most of the day travelling to and from Bradford for a 15 minute medical for OH but that’s the last one to go in for his claim before it goes to court at the end of the month. Did manage to pop to Ikea before collecting DS1 from his supportworker. Got the last set of drawers I think we will get in our room. May be able to put all our clothes away once OH builds them. Maybe Saturday ? Haha chance will be a fine thing last set took him 2 years or so

Anyway shall go flutter I did get the recycling out today, dishwasher and washer has been on, I’ve had about 3 hours sleep so off to bed. Will try better Friday (15 hour shift tomorrow)
One day I might be more organised...........

    Working this morning, did have a blitz when I got in;
Washing off the horse, in airing cupboard & old taken out/packed away.
More washing on the horse, another load on the go.
Dusted front room and hoovered the whole house top to bottom.
Scrubbed bath, had a bath & washed my hair, washed out bath again:rotfl:
Loo given the once over (I keep a bottle of diluted zooflora in the bathroom)
Made tea for me (Salad and a pork, cheese and pickle pie:D)

Now catching up with a few things online (along with todays episode of Father Brown, I confess, I do love the cheesiness of it:rotfl:)

As a cleaning beginner, can you tell me how you clean the loo with the zoflora? (One of my fav products). Do you spray over and wipe with loo roll or cloth?

    (((Hugs))) to dancemum xx

DH's Blue Badge arrived today so he can use it when he goes to another horse piddle appointment tomorrow - he will still have to pay for parking, but won't have so far to walk to the main entrance.

30% off voucher put to good use today :money:

This evening I have been holding and stroking a barn owl (bred in captivity, hand reared and very tame) :)

    I'm back.

Sadly my father passed away, over the Christmas period, before I went away, I made sure I went to see him, as I thought something might happen sad but he had a wonderful life, the funeral is at the end of the month. Now I am back it will be easier for me to 'help' was required with the various things relating to death and such matters.

I've an email from my old boss asking for me to go back and help her again, I've acknowledged it, and explained the above, but time is never a good thing, but once I have made all the various phone calls etc, I'll know what I can / cannot / want to do all round. I've said I'll ring her, I'll keep my options open for now.

Adopted grandson, well blimey.............he is now in his last 9 weeks at school, and is counting down, once these are up he will leave school, then he is moving to live with his parents, and will go to college locally to them in the new term, June time to study maths and chemistry. He already has most of his things packed, a new chapter in his life startes, thank goodness for whatsapp etc so I can keep in touch with him. His girlfriend is lovely as is her grandmother who she lives with, she also will be going to college, but miles away from AGS.

So far this morning, as I cannot sleep

    I have opened the post
Moved so quick money around, need to check this more later on

    Morning all,

Heading to work shortly, won't be home until after 5. DS much better but keeping him off to be on the safe side. DW unloaded, WM on. Finances utterly dire, yet I hardly seem to spend anything or so I thought. Glad for the overtime this week.
