Sounds blissful Mooloo! We don't have a 'proper' break scheduled until September of this year and, at the moment, that feels a very long time to wait! It's not difficult!

Oh Mooloo sounds lovely. Where are you staying? We have had some lovely holidays in Malta. The bus network makes it easy to get around. A visit to Mdina the lovely walled citadel is a must. So atmospheric.

One of the things I learned the hard way, is that High Performers, Business people etc are advised to schedule a break every 90 days. Be it a long weekend, a starvation or a big holiday.
The revitalised person works better, either from the rest, or having something to look forward to.
I try to do that, but with school holidays getting in the way this one is rather early, and the next will probably be not until the shop has been cleared. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Have a lovely time.
We are in Paradise Bay, opposite the ferry terminal for Gozo.
Rugged landscape but non the less beautiful. Cold in the wind, but I have caught the sun on my face.
Now sitting on the balcony of our room and having a cold beer. Although the sun will be gone soon and I will be back in the room. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

Enjoy, relax and refresh. Have a brilliant time.0 -
Hi Mooloo yes I know it. Gozo is nice for a day trip too. We have stayed a couple of times at Mellieha bay because of the sandy beach. Enjoy yourself!"It's hard to be a diamond in a rhinestone world"0

When we went to Malta, many years ago, we stayed in the St Paul's bay area - and absolutely hated it! We have since visited Valletta, just for the day on a cruise, and discovered we were simply in the wrong area.
We always try to have something planned to look forward to and have a spa weekend booked in April (thanks to Mr Tesco) and will probably try to fit something else in before September. However, we live in a 'holiday' area, so there are some lovely places to visit for the day too.
It's not difficult!

Stayed close to the hotel as my tummy is playing me up again. When I get home I think I will have to get my diet sorted as I have too many bad tummies these days.
Sat on the balcony reading most of the afternoon but we have been for a swim in the indoor swimming pool.
Only had a yogurt at breakfast and four plain biscuits with my tea just before I went for the swim. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
That's a shame Mooloo
I hope your tummy is better-behaved tomorrow.
If you have time, a boat trip round Valletta harbour is very interesting0 -
Sorry that your tum is unhappy Mooloo, hope it settles quickly.
My friend does the FODMAP diet for IBS. It is a bit restrictive but she does find it helps and she pays for it when she goes 'off piste'.It's not difficult!
