Cherrywood Cars

I was told by the site manager of astwood bank that the company has completely gone and he was changing the locks yesterday. I've reported to the police as they have effectively stolen my car. I've spoken to trading standards and companies housing and I'm awaiting a reply from these. I've tried Paul's number and cherrywood main number but there is no one trading at this premises including cwc servicing.
If you message me I can send you the contact details for the officers who are dealing with this at the police and trading standards.0 -

Trading Standards don’t deal direct with the public and I see nothing here for the police.0 -

The police should be interested as they are acting a fraudulent manner and taking something without paying for it is theft.
Your car has been gone since 2017. It doesn't sound like the police are rushing to do anything.0 -

In fairness, isn't that the whole point of us posting links on here that can be picked up by google easily.
Now more people can find this thread making it harder for these people to trade.
We all know they will just set up another company and do the same things all over again.
Why does it matter.0 -

Have you checked with the police if the Asbo is still in force against that male?
I have found sometimes the police aren't aware of the terms of an asbo after a period of time and need prompting to check.
IS there a way you can check using the registration number where this vehicle is now?
If any of their customers have bought vehicles on finance , they should also speak to the finance company and fsa.0 -

I'm not quite sure which emotions you are feeling right now.
I think your posts to me speak volumes.;)
