Trading Standards don’t deal direct with the public and I see nothing here for the police.

In fairness, isn't that the whole point of us posting links on here that can be picked up by google easily.
Now more people can find this thread making it harder for these people to trade.
We all know they will just set up another company and do the same things all over again.

Have you checked with the police if the Asbo is still in force against that male?

I have found sometimes the police aren't aware of the terms of an asbo after a period of time and need prompting to check.
IS there a way you can check using the registration number where this vehicle is now?
If any of their customers have bought vehicles on finance , they should also speak to the finance company and fsa.

What relevance is the most likely expired ASBO? I believe you’ll have seen the terms in relation to the building trade.
