Don`t you realise that probably more than half the country will be celebrating a house price crash? The Leave vote is partly a direct result of silly high housing costs propped up by low rates and government schemes designed to help bankers and developers.

Given that substantially more than half of people own their own home already, what are you basing this on?

The demographics of the referendum result also totally contradicts your belief:

I wouldn't bother, _CC_; CT just literally makes stuff up out of nothing, and when challenged on it, fails to respond or counter or rebuff; they just move on to the next fabrication.

    Another vote for not responding.
A house price crash will be accompanied by job losses and loss of confident and will not help normal people in general.
It’s only in la la land where a house price crash happens in isolation from other negative economic consequences.

CT is clearly bitter and locked into a certain mindset which won’t be changed by any amount of facts. Best ignored and just let the threads/posts drop.

Im all for hearing alternative ideas, in fact that’s why I’m here, but needs to be backed up and not just someone’s personal agenda.

In that case, given that there were predictions from MC and others that house prices would drop a lot after any vote to leave, how do you explain the vote?
