  • Just pigged out on chicken, mashed potatoe, spinach, cauliflower & beans, just as well I had finished eating as a friend phoned just as I was about to start washing up to tell me that someone we know had been found dead in bed this morning, he was only 58:eek:

    Thanks for the chart Chris.
    Well done everyone, especially choco.

    Hugs to stoke and beanie.

Back spasms are horrific, hope you find something to relieve them.

Beanie hope the back improves soon. Had back spasm last year and it wasn’t pleasant. Gentle hugs to you, and also recommend heat packs or hot water bottle.

    Thanks for the chart Chris.

    Congrats Choca on SOTW

GTQ blimey that’s young! So Sorry to hear about your friend passing away. What a shock for friends and family.

I love heat packs but the physio said he recommended ice packs.

Do you find anything works beanie?

Industial amounts of muscle relaxants work in the end & diazapam.
Can take a few days though :(
I go to private physio twice a month & have accapuncture as well.
