  • Don't judge but, hadn't washed the car since at least October last year inside or out:eek:, I look at it and think, It's Painful to do it's cold or raining I'll sort it out next weekend but never do.
Today I had to do it people were asking what colour black is that and I got embarrassed saying its supposed to be White:o.
I haven't eaten all day and as I'm cleaning out the back seats I had discovered in the rear pockets of the front seats where my kids put their stash of goodies, 2 raspberry ruffle bars, 2 packs of Trebor mints (the ones that look like tictaks), and a large Aero mint choc bar, I'm not going to lie I was so tempted even though they had been there ages they were still in date...just:D.
I stared at them sat in the back of the car for 10 mins salivating over the thought (my neighbours probably thought there was some glitch in the matrix, I was frozen solid looking at them, Plus I was washing the car:rotfl:). When I eventually was plugged back into the matrix, I convinced myself that it would be better if I give them back to the kids to eat or tell them to bin them .

Still on plan, today has felt a bit painful to be on plan though, but I'm going cheer myself up and do a chicken fry up with everything mixed in that's syn free and speed to reassure myself why I'm doing this when I weigh in Monday.
On the plus side the cars clean and I can forget about it now till July-August:p.

    Thank you.

I dont take my car to hand car washes, they re use old towels ( with stones, grit and twig in the fibres that scratch the paint work)and use really hard and harsh chemicals on the paintwork that is meant for caravans and lorry trailers (its cheap traffic film remover very acidic) so i do mine myself to minimise damage.

Sat here eating Chicken with lemon and paprika seasoning, pea's onion corrots and mushrooms in a stir fry. Yum.

No idea about noodle pots, but I assume the egg noodle ones are okay? I'd avoid Pot Noodles but Naked Noodles use pure egg noodles with an additional sachet. Take the sachet out, and wouldn't they be free?

Naked noodle pots from what i can see is 2.5 syns , will look properly later, my tea nearly ready

Naked noodle pots aren't too bad - as Bubbs says around 2.5syns, with the flavouring.

I'm another in the disgusting car club! Mine has added dings in both front doors, one courtesy of a neighbour and the other person unknown. Just realised that one is nearly 3 years old!I keep it mechanically up to scratch but can't get enthusiastic about cleaning it. £10 sounds a great deal Bubbs - I might invest!

    Evening All
Today was my first day off with an empty house, dh at work and kids at school, it was pretty cold so I just pottered about, did some ironing, fixed a draw, cleaned the fridge, was kind of nice to have the house to myself for a bit(nicer when everyone's home though)

    B banana orange
L fritatta with lo jacket and mushrooms, melted dairylea (hexa)salad salad cream (1)
D minestrone soup, recipe from old sw mag, was very nice, lots of veg and I made little pork meatballs to drop in (meant to use sausages but dd not a fan)
S yoghurt, fruit and fibre (hexb) (1.5) popcorn(2.5)

As to the packet noodles, I seem to remember reading somewhere that they are deep fried before being dried.

Just having a quick catch up. Sorry if I've missed any good news. I did notice you've had a loss beanie . Well done all.:T

I didn't go to WI today. Although I agree with tete that it's best to go to WI if you're on plan or getting started, it gets complicated at target. I know I'm at target now and I don't want to risk going over at the moment. It's not so much the paying but I know it'll be hard to get back in in the next couple of weeks. I've got various meals out and a holiday in India. :D

Today was the first meal out. I had prawn cocktail followed by braised steak with new potatoes and veg. If I'd made that it would be low syns but who knows in a restaurant. Everyone else had sponge pudding and custard, I had wine syns instead. :D
