    You do have some laughs and also make some nice slimming group friends , well i have:rotfl:
    I always think its worth staying because it keeps you on track and you learn some great ideas:D
    One thing though if you just miss a week, you have to pay unless you book holiday.You get 6 weeks holiday a yr from your start date

    Didn't realise that you have to take an item in for the raffle! If I would have donated something.

    A lady took a tin of Pease Pudding which apparently turns into a pastry type crust if you bake it over meat filling?
    No idea about this as it's something new to me.

    For the SOTW? yes i have not tried it bought it about sept:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:you can make a base, mix with an egg, put in pie dish, blind bake ,add filling add top

    STS for me this week. I'm blaming it on having to weigh in a day early due to be busy on my usual night...that or a panini lunch at the weekend!
    Actually I weigh most mornings and my weight pattern seems to be that I'm lightest over the weekend, go up mon, Tue, Wed and then drop down a bit on Thursday.
