That’s very true Greentiger,I will accept it was a win, and hope to see better next week. Determined not to sulk and then rebel by eating chocolate, or worse still white bread :eek:
(My absolute downfall)
I don’t exactly have a plan today, and it’s my night off of cooking, so I shal make it up as I go along. I have a drawer full of fruit at work, so no excuses.
Menu may look like this:
B - banana & Apple
L - porridge HEB & splash of milk from HeA
D - maybe Bolognese counted meal - will decide later and update
Have a great day and good luck anyone at WIOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

reporting a 2lb loss
I still have occasional moments when I forget I am following the plan :rotfl:
It doesn't help that my partner seems to have developed a sweet tooth and munches chocolate most evenings. I am trying to be good though.
Well done on all your losses.0 -
Well last night was a gain but I knew it would be.
NEED a good week this week though as I'm totally !!!!ed off with having bad weeks and gains all the time.
Got the week all planned out. Now just need to stick to it.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - omelette with lots of veg
Lunch - baked beans, mushrooms and cheese. Know it's a weird meal but it's quick when I have no time, tasty and on plan.
Dinner - beef stir fry and noodles
HAs - milk and cheese
HB - sesame seeds
Syns - stir fry sauce. Not sure how many yet but it will be low
At hospital with daughter later so lunch and dinner both need to be quick and easyZebras rock0 -
Great to see losses coming in both great and small!:T
Let us know what you decide FE.:) I'm sure if you have a plan (any plan) and stick to it you'll feel better.
HM ready meals are looking a bit low so I plan to do Bolognese in the SC later. I'll set it up before I go out this evening and then I might have a taste when I get back!:)
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, scrambled eggs, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO chickenless casseroleSW Bolognese with tagliatelle
Syns: Parmesan 2?
I'm undecided whether to go to WI tomorrow. I know I'm well within syns and have followed the plan but I don't feel any thinner. As a target member I choose just to go to WI every 8 weeks unless I'm out of range when I go every week until I get back in IYSWIM. It's in my interest to be as low as possible before my holiday but what if I've gained?

YES. I am going to do my best to remember this whenever I feel weak!Lunch - baked beans, mushrooms and cheese. Know it's a weird meal but it's quick when I have no time, tasty and on plan.
That actually sounds brilliant, I'm adding it to my meal repertoire!I'm undecided whether to go to WI tomorrow. If you've gained then at least you'll know where you stand. To you and everyone else who's dithering over whether or not to go to a meeting, I say get yourself there! I'm sure you won't regret it.
Well done to all the losers! I must say I'm feeling lovely and slim but unfortunately my reflection in the mirror doesn't seem to feel the same way!
Today:
B - None
D - Bacon, mushroom, tomato omelette
T - Beef and mushroom stroganoff, couscous, green beans
HEA - Milk
HEB - None
Syns - Stroganoff (2.5), sugar (6), hot chocolate (2) = 10.5

sarymclary wrote: »Evening all,
Had WI and a bit disappointed with -1lb loss. Disappointed because on Saturday when I had a sneaky peek it was -3lb! Also that I've been SO good. Hey ho, a loss is a loss, and I'd be more peeved if I had gained.
Sary, 1lb is fine - in a year that's over 3.5 stone! It took me 15 months to lose that, rarely with anything over 1lb at a time. Well done all the other losers.
Today better than yesterday, so far at any rate, but not a SP day. I was working and forgot to make my lunch (which I had 10 mins to eat in any case) so menu today:
B Banana and Alpen light
L naked noodle pot for 1 syn - needs must!
D Chicken sausages, lots of veg and mini roasties. Just about to have some fruit to keep me going.
Have a good day.0 -
Hi. Still plodding along here. Bacon and butternut risotto for tea tonight and I'm already looking forwards to it. I've really clung on to the plan this week, drunk my water and ignored the remaining mince pies as best I could/can. My jeans feel less snug so I'm hoping that I've lost something this week. Time will tell!
My puppy is taking up loads of my time but is now going a little bit further on walks so, even though we looked like drowned rats when we got home, we are both benefitting.
I'll report in on Friday morning how I've done.0 -
Hi all, well done the losers and keep plodding everyone else. So pleased with myself as I managed a 2.5lb loss.. After last weeks maintain I really needed good news so I’m chuffed and have my motivation back. Just another 2.5lb loss needed and I get to my 2.5 stone point which will be a real bonus. Still some way to go from there but that will mark the less to loose than has been lost point
Next shiney, I’m coming for you! :rotfl:

Well done on all your losses.Yes I’m happy to pay for them with syns - I just want ones that aren’t full of sugar.
