I'd like to have a go at this. It's the first time so I'll aim for 12.

Exceptions will be regular direct debits and debt repayments.

Tuesday and today have been spend free, so that's 2/12 so far.
    Tesco 4163.90 (-86.00 since 01/01/23)
    First Direct 2437.49 (-153.09 since 01/01/23)
    Halifax 2391.37 (-55.70 since 01/01/23)
    MBNA 1577.00 (-78.00 since 01/01/23)
    Virgin 786.66 (-25.00 since 01/01/23)
    Overdraft 500.00 (-0 since 01/01/23)
    Spending CC 4538.34 (+521.24 since 10/01/23)

  • Had my first NSD today. I did spend on a couple of yellow stickers though which I said I was going to exclude. A pack of salmon, pack of diced beef and a pack of chicken thighs for £1.07. Straight in the freezer and will bring next weeks grocery bill right down.
    Make £10 a day in May- £90/£150
  • NSD #2 yesterday, although it does seem like cheating as I physically spent over £40, but it was shopping list food items and then some slippers and make up bought with birthday money, so not frittering which is what I'm trying to avoid! :rotfl:
