Have a good week MIT0 -
Evening folks. Had a wee days overtime today so just home and on for a visit whilst DD cooks dinner. She's showing off to new BF so I'll just sit here and let her. Hope it tastes ok mind you
I had a read up on the full and final and unless I end up in that position then I'll not bother. Been swithering with what card to concentrate on and was initially drawn towards the one with the smallest amount. I've changed my mind though as I will concentrate on my BOS one which has £7,500 approximately outstanding on it. The reason I'm going for that one is that it would be a good one to try and clear by end of year and also is the one most likely to give me a balance transfer. I paid £10 today as I thought the 100 day challenge started today but it's tomorrow .
Went to the local shopping centre on way home from work as I needed (wanted) curry sauce and you get it in b&m. I spent £4.49 in there but then spent £29 in m&s. Almost all on my list for meal plan for month and a couple packs mini meringues as treats for me.
I hate food waste as well and rarely waste anything other than if anything is left on the plates at end of meal. I did take my eye off the ball though as been unwell and stupid things like one of the kids opening a pack of meat and only using a slice happened a couple of times. This doesn't only annoy me due to money wasting but some poor animal died for us to get meat and I find it unforgiveable to waste it. So the riot act has been read.
So hopefully a quiet night tonight and back to the working week tomorrow. Heading to Birmingham on Wednesday with my boss for a wee overnight and a day long meeting on Thursday. So a busy week ahead for me. Take care xx5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

I've been using Motion Traxx ap for my running etc for years. I pay £3.99 a month, it used to be free though which is annoying, and they have coached workouts. They are good though and very motivating. I do them twice a week, one on the treadmill and one on the elliptical. They are HITT workouts by the way.
Anyway, you're doing really well
LOL sound a bit dodgy you and the boss overnight in Brum :rotfl:I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Sun addict that sounds good but I am the unfittest unfit person you’ll ever meet. I’m just walking in the treadmill :rotfl: . I have sciatica or fat git sore back ( whatever you want to call it) but I’m still pleased I am managing to increase time and speed every time xx5 Year plan. Ty jwil x I doubt I’ll be doing any tonight though as I’m exhausted.
So 100 day challenge starts today. Must say this challenge excites me. I’ve done it before and it really focuses you on paying debt off.
Still been managing to take lunch in each day to work so that’s good. Got soup again for tomorrow but to be honest I would happily eat soup every day so long as I get a decent dinner. Made skinny burgers tonight from marks along with sweet potato chips and cabbage. Was absolutely lush and I am stuffed.
Must say I’m really glad I’ve come back in here as I am super determined now on all fronts of my life. Long may it continue :T5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60

Whatever exercise you do is better than doing nothing, it all helps. Small steps as they say
I’m doing the 100 day challenge too. I did it a few years ago and it was very motivating. Good luckI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
My 100 day challenge started so here we go to £2k off by March hopefully.
What a day today. Got a call at 9.30 to tell me dd hadn’t turned up for work. I tried calling her on house phone and mobile but no reply. Slight concerns as she drives on a pretty remote road to her work. Called my very elderly neighbour to check if her car was there and thankfully it was. Had to end up coming down the road and she was sleeping !! Could have choked her as it took an hour out of my day to drive home and back. Scary journey down though. A few weeks before Christmas her friend died in his bed from sudden adult death syndrome and although I knew she would be okay I was still terrified to open that bedroom door .
Off to Birmingham tomorrow with work so I’ll need to really try and keep spends to a minimum.
Going out tonight to see Mary poppins:-)5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
