  • Sitting waiting for docs to open. Need to get my blood pressure checked as on new meds. I took a bad reaction to BP meds I had been on for years and my face was swollen up. It was the fourth time it happened before I went to docs stupidly. Was out in new ones and took a reaction to them where my legs swelled up and I had a cough for weeks. Been a bit of a nightmare to be honest. So fingers crossed BP is at a decent level xx

  • Thank god for fridays .so happy week 1 is over and done with. Always difficult heading back to normal after the Christmas break. I’ll decide to just be happy I still have a job .

Day 2 of taking food to work is complete.

I’ve done a meal plan for the month but it has been evolving as I’m going on. Mainly because I never know who will be in for dinner. Tonight I made stroganoff from a pinch of nom recipe and it was delicious. Serves 4 but only me eating. So 3 portions for the freezer. Excellent !!

    No spend today either.

I’ve been getting as much overtime as I want in work and hoped it would continue but looks like it might end soon. That would knacker my 2 year plan but I’m going to remain positive as no doubt something will come up

Hope everyone is having a good day. Take care xx

  • I got DD to pick up some stuff in ASDA for me tonight. I think I really have an issue with foods hopping and I need to address it. I'll find a way. I didn't actually need any of it right away but because she offered I just gave her a list. Something to think about for me for sure x
