it said that when I applied and I still got it.

Just a word of warning - you can't use it as a backup box, it has to be in constant use as you have to send stuff by inputting a code and then it sends them what you've watched I believe (and you have to remember to put it in standby when not watching).

They're good at following through though - monday you get a reminder text. Tuesday you get reminder calls and they ask if you have any problems (I had it last week as i couldn't use it downstairs as we had no signal, but had loads of signal upstairs and so it's inuse in my room.
  • Yip what above poster says, they are on top of it all.
Though had a problem with code this week and nothing happened though lady called me back and advised technical probs at there end.

  • I'm seriously tempted to sign up for this, as people are still getting boxes even though the website says the free boxes offer has come to an end. What's making me hesitate though is that's there's no mention of the vouchers on the site. Has anyone signing up in the last week or so received an e-mail from Teletextextra that confirms the £50 vouchers will be sent after the minimum text period has been completed, even though they've signed up after the free box offer had apparently expired?

The paperwork the accompanied the stb I rec'd yesterday (applied for AFTER the website said the offer was over) stated that as long as I sent the texts required 48/52, I would receive £50 M&S vouchers.
