freeview box and £50 marks and sparks vouchers (merged)

As I have stated before people have been pointing out that at least one website has been quoting that the offer was closed since within minutes of my original posting on the 7th November.

The contact details are [EMAIL="feedback@inview.co.uk"]feedback@inview.co.uk[/EMAIL]. It is Inview that send the boxes and hopefully the vouchers in due course. I would not worry too much what it says or doesn’t say on anyone else’s website, rather rely on what Inview say in their emails and on the phone.

That may be so, but I got my box by filling in the form on the teletextextra website which states this offer is over, got an email from inview the following day and rec'd my box on Saturday, therefore if people would prefer to fill in the form rather than sending an email it should still work as mine did.

Absolutely, if that works too then good luck to you. However wherediditallgo was being put off by what was on or rather not on a website.

What's making me hesitate though is that's there's no mention of the vouchers on the site.

As you said yourself the website that you looked at said the offer was over and my point merely was not to rely on information (or the lack of) on any site but to rely on what Inview said themselves.

i emailed inview and said other people had recieved a confirmation where i hadnt, and they sent one out without any issues, the teletext bit is quite novel, shame about the up down red/green buttons being back to front on control though. The vouchers will be a bonus as this sorted out the kids room !

Had one delivered, but als my aeriel is so rubbish couldnt get a signal so it had to go back!!!

its now over a week since they emailed me saying my box was on its way and my test panel number. anyone else has had problem with the box not arriving? q. how was it delivered by courier or royal mail.

Mine took almost a week to arrive. I emailed them after four days as everyone else seemed to be receiving theirs in 1 or 2 days. They emailed back and said if I hadn't received by the end of the week to contact them and it then arrived 2 days later. I would email them.

hi Ive emailed them about the box and was told they had just sent a new batch out. told to wait 14 days and if it has not come by then to email them again. thanks for everyone for there info.
