#66 - Please can I change my target amount to £3,500?
Thanks1 -
Hi Dobbie,
My target is to get an initial 3 months emergency fund, so that bottoms out at £6000 🙄
I've had some monumental expenses which have dragged my current emergency fund down, so need motivation to get back into it.I feel like a Pelican - everywhere I look there's a bill staring at me!LBM: March 2014 Current CC debt: £2048.29/£3666.53 (55.86% repaid) Current Challenges:Tilly Tidy: £2087.67/£2500 (83.50%) 3 to 6 month emergency fund #75: £3653.62/£6000 (60.89%)1 -
Hey Drivingmad - you are now member #75.
I've taken your progress from your signature - if this is wrong, let me know but you are certainly off to a good start with just over 6% already.
You had those expenses but you also had an EF which is exactly what it's there for. It's great that you are so focused on replenishing the funds.
Keep on keeping on.

Hi Dobbie,
The signature is upto date so that'll be good to start with. I would happily take credit to the great start, but alas, it's just from rationalising my current pots and applying some focus to going back to basics on saving and debt busting 😄

Hi
Can I please join this challenge. Initially aiming for £1k before I target the 3-6month target. Starting off with £20 in the pot.
I did have a £1k fund at one point but overspending gobbled it up. I must try harder this time.
Thanks1 -
