I also have to keep reminding myself I am not earning the same as I was last year. Which is making it harder to clear the debts.
Tescos c/c is now at £1,028.00
Work have once again got my pay wrong, I went up a pay band, yet they paid me at the old rate. Apparently I will get the difference next week, so annoying as the Tax Man will take more than needed too!

I'm back so to speak! really been struggling lately with earning less than I was, working more hours than I was and not being able to clear the debts like I was able to last year. Have had to sort of take a back seat and not become so focused/driven by paying them off and let it be so to speak. All while keeping a detailed logg of it all.

Today Thursday 10th June, I have been 'lucky' enough to receive my injuries money from a car crash back in 2017! I know took forever partly my fault as I refused to settle while I was still in pain, Physio, an a MRI scan last year reassured me I was on the mend. I still need to go to pilates, not been for a year so need to get that back up and going!

Thus I have been able to clear the Tescos Credit Card, Balance now a big fat ZERO! 0.00 paid of the final £1,040.00 in FULL :) Annoyed I could not save the money but relived ones less debt.

Intrum who I have an outstanding balance of £3,020.00 keep writing to me with an OFFER, Pay June and we will write off 80% off your balance. Pay £604.00 we will write of remaining £2,416.00
Is this offer too good to be true? it does say: If you clear your account by way of partial settlement any default that is registered in relation to this account would be updated as 'partially satisfied' the remainf balance will show as zero on credit file and I will not be pursued for the remainder of the balance by Intruim or any other 3rd party
If I want to accept call....
Now is this too good to be true? are there implications? any advice or thoughts greatly received

Thank you A very happy one debt down Starbright :) Xx

I would take the settlement if you can afford to. Maybe post on the main board, lots of advice there about settlements.
