Jox said:Get well soon, keep plodding along, you'll get there, I have a notebook and every month about the same time I write down what debts I have, after a year I was able to look back and see how far I'd come, I've got some savings too so it was good to see how much I was able to save in a year, though I still have lots of debts too...I have a budget book too, I stated that Jan 2020 and yes if I look at that and compare to today I am in a far better position, I think knowing money is going to be tight next week due to having three days off this week, knowing my job finishes end of April is having a knock on effectThank you, all we can do is keep plodding XXAspiring to be financially independent.... from my parents!1

Normally I'd be like yes and that would be my plan, however, have been off ill last few weeks and do not get paid if I do not attend work, have no holiday pay either. So wages are primary going onto the bills rent council tax then the others, there is no spare at the moment to pump onto the C/C also Very BNPL runs out in july so have that to clear too9 weeks until the Tescos 0% runs out is £119.55 a week..... when you earn £350.00 max a week that isn't going to happenI know I am an idiot who did not foresee being illAspiring to be financially independent.... from my parents!0
