Gatwick Airport: Drone sightings trigger disruption

Gatwick brought to a halt by toys. Not ready for the modern world then. However, stranded passengers are being offered 2 free faxes or telexes (I did not make that up).
Of course the publicity will encourage the same to happen to other major UK airports next.
Gatwick has not been brought to a halt by toys. They are large commercial sized drones and are big enough to punch a hole in the fuselage of an airliner, should a collision occur.0 -

The drone taken down by the eagle was tiny. The drones flying over Gatwick, are large commercial drones.0 -

Meanwhile these drones are so big that they can't be tracked, followed or disabled by any weapon that the army that's now at Gatwick can deploy...0 -

From what I have just seen on the tv news, the drone would take out the poor eagle.
