Whatever you think of this company you will make money and if you have a large circle of friends it will go into 4 figures (without a decimal point)

Can anyone please help? I have shares in an Australian Pharmaceutical Company which were purchased years ago. The share price is the best it has been and I'm wanting to sell, however, I need to go through a Stockbroker to do this which apparently can take weeks. I'm confused about how to go about this as one broker firm I spoke to seemed very uninterested. Is there an easier way of doing this? Thanks
