    Obviously you only need to change it:
    The NTK must have been delivered to the registered keeper’s address within the ‘relevant period’ which is highlighted as between 28 and 56 days beginning with the day after that on which any notice to driver was given.

    Yes, under 'OTHER' only, put a few words in the box - and all your details - and make sure the appeal uploads as a PDF (not a word doc) AND that you make sure you see a little 'bin' icon appear that is your file.

    Weird system, but people have got it wrong by not fully uploading/seeing the 'bin'!

    Parking Ticketing have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

    keep copies of your initial appeal plus your final popla appeal, so that if it happens again you wont need to do any work, or very little , if at all

    They have wasted your time, now waste theirs. Send them an LBC, they cost you nothing and you have six years to follow up.

    Dear oh dear, unbelievable, it's happened again, same place same parking spot, my dash cam came off the windscreen during the hot weather and the cables took my blue badge down with it,
    the ticket is 9 days old, i only discovered it yesterday,
    therefore, If nothing has changed then i know the procedure, my only question is can i use the exact same template above that i used for the last case?
