After the first few posts of this thread, the OP is just repeating themselves and arguing.

Summary for the OP


Your consumer rights are with the retailer.
Only the original purchaser gets a warranty from the
manufacturer, which can only add to those consumer rights not limit them.

But your rights are the same huge amounts of money or not .
Warranty you want better warranty as opposed to RIGHTS . Would not disagree but manufacture does not have to give any warranty at all .

Exemplar

As a company we sell mobiles as part of business contracts. If someone has an issue we have to provide the original invoice if it's Blackberry or Samsung. That's just the way it is.
