Yes.Seeing as I am acting for and on behalf of a company do I log in using the companies government gateway ID and details and do I fill out all forms using only the company details
But in the 'statement of truth' you must sign as you personally and give your company position.
Show us your draft defence this month in good time. We'll help.
Did you get the SAR back, so you've seen all photos and letters?
What's the issue date of the N1 claim (top right)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

issue date says 03 May 20190

So the company already has a government gateway id etc which it uses to log into government sites for tax/vat purposes. Should I use these same details to log into the moneyclaim.gov site and submit my AOS0

Yes I did receive the SAR back with photos etc.0

With a Claim Issue Date of 3rd May, you have until Wdnesday 22nd May to do the Acknowledgement of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it. To do the AoS, follow the guidance offered in a Dropbox file linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. About ten minutes work - no thinking required.issue date says 03 May 2019
Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 5th June 2019 to file your Defence.
That's four weeks away. Loads of time to produce a perfect Defence, but don't leave it to the last minute.
When you are happy with the content, your Defence should be filed via email as suggested here:-
Print your Defence.
- Sign it and date it.
- Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
- Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
- Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
- Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
- Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
- Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
0 - Sign it and date it.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some defences in which a company is the defendant and been successful. I have found one but am struggling to find anymore.
To be very specific whoever the driver was (unknown), they no longer work for the company because only one employee from that time is still here and he doesn't drive.0 -
My last post on this thread suggested you shouldn't leave your Defence until the last minute.
That was nearly four weeks ago.
Now, two days before your Defence must to be filed, you have started researching.
Is there nothing appropriate in post #2 of the NEWBIES thread?
There's a link to that thread in my earlier post.0 -
Why have you left it so late.......0

I know its annoying. Its unfortunate that this has come around at our busiest time of year. I have no time to do this even now but its got to the stage where I have no option. I have been researching previous to now over the last three weeks and collected snippets of information here and there but I have now set tonight aside to put it all together.
Though I have struggled to find defences based on a company which is why I asked if anyone knew of any.0
