    Hey quick update.
I forgot to come and update the spreadsheet for March, sorry. We have been busy getting this business up and running. It still hasn't made a real profit but we are getting close to a break even amount and should start to see some returns in the next few months. This meant that we have a £0 savings amount for March but I have scraped together 2k for April.
I haven't changed our target, we did not expect to be starting a business this year. I am hoping that it will pick up in the later half of this year and we will still meet our target but at this point I haven't really got a clue.

I'm here for a big 4 month update! After completing my flat purchase in January this year, I slightly lost track of my savings etc whilst I was super busy with loads of other things.

Therefore I'm going to do something slightly rogue and take a typical saving month from last year and use that as my amounts for Jan and Feb this year.

Other than that, this year has gone well with some bonus $ and a payrise too!

    Declaring:

    January 19 - £600
    February 19 - £600
    March 19 - £2,592.93
    April 19 - £4,861.16

  • Hi @slowlyfading - presume it was too late to join when I last posted but in case I’m wrong, could I register £10k in April? It will slow way down soon but keen to keep trying! :j

    Only saved £303.00 for April.

I did a big birthday party for my daughter this month and we also went away on a little holiday to see family.

Kind of disapointed but it's better than nothing!

£120.68 for April. I'm surprised I managed to save anything at all.

    Hi Everyone

Reporting £3329.63 for April - this is the month I get interest from some ISAs so it's my biggest figure for the year. A pretty quiet month overall, paying off a credit card bill from our hols in March, and paying the deposit for a holiday in November! In other news, have set-up my monthly AVC and Vanguard payments for the year ahead, so I'm pretty much on auto-pilot on the savings front now.
