So a tad confusing but I shall try to explain in regards to savings.
I had a decent investment of which I have just had returned to me (£13,000). This will go into my March savings. I have just transferred £4,000 into my first LISA from my crappy instant ISA variable rate but I am hoping that still counts towards this years goals? Sadly I will also be losing around £3,000 in savings this month for rental costs and removals, relocating for a job opportunity. However from May I will be earning a decent enough amount to be able to roughly put back £700 a month into my savings. The task now is just finding the right account with the best interest rates to use for the next year to store all this ££!
    Debt Remaining: £8,781.53

Number 20 declaring £550 for March. Quite pleased with that considering I was down £700 in income!

I shelled out just shy of £200 from savings for a long weekend away over Easter. It was money I had been planning to spend but counted into these figures. I was getting ready to have a poor March but had a nice rebate cheque from HMRC which covered the expenditure so stuck it straight back into savings!!
Will be updating with a final March figure shortly.
    12K in 2019 Challenge #77 = £779.35 / £6,000 = 12.9%
  • March Savings (so far) = £756.09.

    This amount includes interest earned.

I'm a little bit short on my target of £1k a month due to holiday deposit, birthdays etc but I'm hoping to get back on track in coming months.
  • Not declaring yet, but March is looking like a very good month. OH and I have started viewing houses last weekend, so I suspect in a few months time all my savings may have disappeared (although for a good reason).

Carry on the great work everyone.

Just dropped in with a very late Feb update... My loan repayments still haven’t started so have unexpectedly been able to save a lot more again in Feb. Would be lovely if this carries on, I’ll have to increase my target soon

No 12 reporting £1325 in March. From next month I’m going to have more real cash available instead of pension AVCs - need to keep it sacrosanct.

Just identified an error in my tracker spreadsheet - so the form I submitted yesterday had an error (the extra TT rows I added were not being counted in one place) so I am resubmitting my total for March again at £1037.42 instead of £812.36 (pops off to resubmit a March Form)
    Save £12k in 2025 #2 I am at £4863.32 out of £6000 after May (81.05%)
OS Grocery Challenge in 2025 I am at £1286.68/£3000 or 42.89% of my annual spend so far
