I forgot that my American Express card applies my annual cashback rebate this month. So that was a nice little surprise reduction to the bill!!! Some extra wiggle room for savings there!12K in 2019 Challenge #77 = £779.35 / £6,000 = 12.9%0

Payday finally arrived after the world's longest January. £500 into my new holiday savings account, but a slight loss on my zopa fund. No savings this month. In fact I'm about £80 down overall! We ended up having an expensive month due to some external housework we pulled forward so that cost in the region of £900.

I'm so excited that for January I have managed to save £907.39! I never thought I would be able to save so much in such a short space of time. I can't wait for next month's total.
