According to Blyk, Text HELLO to 82595 to receive your invite. I got my invite originally from a similar thing they had, I haven't tried it but its from blyk so it should work.Calls to directory enquires and the 0870/0845 numbers are included in the free balance which is a bonus
Calls to directory enquires are included in the minutes (have tried 118 247 and 118 118).
Calls to 0870/0844 I never remember being free but 0844 were until just 2 weeks ago.I used to use the 0844 number found on this site for calling 0870 numbers! But now when I try to call 0844 they say 'You are about to connect to a premium number, if you don't want your account to be charged, please hang up'. This message is true for all types of 0844 numbers.
Porting:
I tried porting with them back in November, they said it wouldn't be done until December 3rd, it wasn't. Then I waited until my pac expired, got another one and they said that they would eventually get it done. Loads of people were having problems so I decided against trying again as I'd already waited 7 weeks.
Tried again last week, I forced a date for porting out of CS. They said it would be done yesterday, and to my surprise, it was!:T I have a feeling its because of my numerous complaints to them for not getting it done before.
So if you are going to port, make sure you get a date, tell CS that you have heard other people are having problems and make sure that it won't happen to you, and also post on their forum so if it doesn't happen, you can annoy them.:j0 -
just wondering if anyone can tell me whether you can use your free texts to send messages to standard rate shortcode numbers (e.g. 82211)?0

Nope you cannot. To be honest i think they are very unreliable and am about to switch back to Orange or O2 since June Blyk have been plagued with problems and they just aren't solving them. If they did it is a great service!0
