It doesn't show the full amount until your simcard is activated. Lots of people have asked this on the Blyk forums. It wasn't explained very well to people before hand.

Sheesh. The Blyk site DOES NOT LIKE firefox at all. Had to use IE. It also wouldn't accept my driving license number so had to use my passport. Grr. Ahh well I'm registered now. Heres to hopin it works when i get my sim

I thought i was the only one with this sim card! A lady stopped me in the street and gave me the simcard pack
Ive had mine since december and I find it really handy- calls to directory enquires and the 0870/0845 numbers are included in the free balance which is a bonus

[and for anyone who is dubious, Blyk are legit, i remember the announcement when Orange agreed the usage of the network with them and announced the first ad-funded MVNO :T]

If u r aged 16-24 go to www.blyk.com and u can sign up to receive a free simcard with loads of free texts and calls every month. U can keep your existing no. if u want and u don't have to pay anything. The deal is that a bunch of major companies want to advertise to this age group so they'll send picture texts to u with adverts & offers. U can carry on using the sim once you're over 24-as long as u get it when ur between 16 and 24.
