Another new poster here! Have been working on the OPs more seriously since April this year and have been able to OP £7000.

Keen to up the target in 2019 to £12,000. Think this would be a good way to keep accountable.

Might also start a diary too...
Hope you all enjoy the last couple of days of this year, roll on 2019.

Welcome. I think a diary would be good, I'd definitely follow it. There are many that are 1000's of entries and too daunting for me start :embarasse. All the best. I have a diary with my last entry nearly two years ago, going to jumpstart that to help keep me accountable and on track.

    Hello All

I'd like to join if that's okay?
After a few years of uncertainty we are now ready to reduce our mortgage over-the-counter next few years.
Our target this year is £5000. Hoping to overpay by £200 per month and then some lump sum payments as and when.
    Any number is fine.
    Thanks

Hi c1403, welcome to the challenge! You're our #117 now (and have just helped pushed our total target to above £800k :) ).

We moved into our first house last month and I am a bit daunted whenever I look at the balance!

Please could you put me down for £9000?
