Hi julicorn July update for me is #81 £1559.41

I'd like to say it was from huge earnings but I actually took most of it from my savings because I'm more addicted to overpaying than saving :D

Should I join in now? Or should I wait for the new year?

My new mortgage starts in September and I've been lurking around these boards a lot now for the past few days. My mortgage will be £273 499  but I'm hoping to overpay £900 by the end of the year.

Hi Suffolk lass, just quickly checking in whether you'd want me to enter the £500 or the £467.64 :)

You can definitely join now if you like :) Every little helps! Would you like me to give you a number now, or wait until September?

Sorry, it is the £467.64 as that is the capital reduction. Thanks julicorn

I'd love a number now thanks, that way I can get myself ready. And who knows it might all happen quicker than September
