hello! I'm still chipping away behind the scenes, things have been crazy busy of late....managed too make a further £1000 payment in May, and £2000 so far in June.
Total overpayment this year so far..........£17000. slightly behind where i wanted to be, but have booked and paid for a rather expensive holiday - gotta live tooMortgage debt : -£17,000

Hi SL - I've got to say I'm not sure - definitely worth looking into though because I must admit I think my admin fees for each mortgage are £95 and I have 3 mortgages on my house so may do like your friends and leave a small balance when I get close to clearing mortgage 3 (circa £10k at present still to go).
