And you accuse Remain supporters of Project Fear?
You hard Brexit supporters must be getting desperate. Given that we are leaving on the 29th, I do wonder why you resort to lies.
I guess you are just trying to prepare people for the post -BRexit era when we are so much poorerFew people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -

Not only does the poster appear to have donned their tinfoil hat, they’ve gone for the full ensemble including the matching shoes and handbag...
I’m not surprised they are not prepared to quote sources.
From now on, any time any leaver talks about project fear, they should be immediately directed to this post, and then told go away and have a good think about what they have done.
Judging from the bilious screeching it seems to have hit the spot, too.
Glass houses and all that.0 -

Borrowed this from another post. Read and BELIEVE! If you Have any doubts about leaving the Corrupt EU and its corrupt unelected Beurocrats of Brussels this will make you change your mind to #LEAVEMEANSLEAVE
I think you have been hacked 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. A single market without barriers visible or invisible giving you direct and unhindered access to the purchasing power of over 300 million of the worlds wealthiest and most prosperous people' Margaret Thatcher0 -
Indeed. All the problems stem from the simple fact that we have still not decided what kind of relationship we want – and crucially, actually accept the consequences of whatever path is chosen.
Exactly true and something which should have been thought of before the referendum. Building a consensus on this seems to be impossible as everyone has their own idea of what Brexit looks like. Do we want to stay in the single market and customs union? Are we prepared to put up with what some estimate a pretty uncomfortable 6 months with delays in our supply chains and queues at borders while we renegotiate if we go out without a deal? This was always a poisoned chalice in that unravelling of more than 40 years of legislation and starting again. The world is a different place now to when we joined in the 70s. Personally I see the post as an amusing riposte to the very obvious sheer nonsense posted by remainers.
Judging from the bilious screeching it seems to have hit the spot, too.
Glass houses and all that.Nice try. But as a piece of revisionist thinking that’s about as convincing as the proven liar Boris Johnson’s claim that he never talked about Turkey...

Will some remainers really never learn that similarly insulting those with opposing views is what led to Brexit?

..... Hence yourself proving that old adage involving pots and kettles.

Not at all. Having an opposing view is not a problem at all. Posting a diatribe of lies in an attempt to support that view; and then having someone attempt to defend the lies on the grounds it was somehow a joke is a problem - and I will call that out in no uncertain terms.0 -

But because of your obvious bias, only if the protagonists are Brexiters of course!
:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Ignore completely the multiple diatribes of lies posted that are pro-remain as sadly is the wont of so many remainers.
If there was any honesty at all in your post you would have admitted that both sides are guilty of such behaviour but no, you attempt to suggest that only Brexiters are culpable.
BTW nowhere do I describe the post you discuss as a joke.
Perhaps your language skills need a little more work.

You actually described the post as “amusing riposte” - meaning that it was not serious; or to put it another way, it was a joke. Are you now trying to tell me that you think it was intended seriously? If so, I don’t think I’m the one with language skills issues.
And when you start calling out leave lies, rather than trying to justify them, then I might start to agree with you.
In the meantime, I think our little spat has occupied too much of this thread today, so I shall leave you to it.0
