Its that mid month time - feeling like we've got no money whatsoever.

I went to a Cubs fundraising evening on Thursday. Its to raise money for a PGL trip next year. Part of me wants to pay the £75 outright but in the spirit of equality and all the other things we're fund raising. So a £10 later (which came out of the trip fund!!) and several raffle prizes up  a nice (!) evening was had.

Took the kids to our town carnival today. For the last 10 years they've not known that there is a whole fun stalls, rides bit to the carnival they've only seen the floats etc. However this year DS1 was in a competition and hence we had to be there .....DD got through about £12 (more than her pocket money) and I got through about £10 on DS's. Its all going to good causes but it feels a bit like being mugged LOL :rotfl:. Spending money for us DFW's comes hard sometimes.

I'm getting back into Ebaying gear whilst MBing is less productive. Sold a spare Satnav for quite a bit and I've listed a few items over the last coupel of days. I'm trying to sneak them on there rather than doing a mega listing event !! Doesn't seem like too much of a chore.

Did a couple of MS's this week, one paying out quite a lot :D. Tax return for last year is looming though. I won't get it done this side of holiday but definately during the summer hols.

Still struggling with my budgets - food, petrol and clothes mainly. Medical has had a hammering since OH and us all visited the Dentist in quick sucession and my budgets need time to build up a pot of money! Better planning needed.

So looking forward to this months payday maybe at the £10K. Normal debt payments bring me to £10,125 so I need to find an extra £125 between now and the end of the month. £60 just transferred from paypal, MS and Quidco money due. BIg big celebration coming when we're sub £10K.....
