OK Another £155 winging its way to the debt account to pay off the RBS card....£106 to go....looking good
Got a few MS's lined up although the one tomorrow I may have to cancel since I don't won't to travel in the car unless I have too. Managed to get signed up for a new company as well so that will increased those available hopefully.
Ebay stuff is going well and one of the large items had got 2 bids and 14 watchers with 24 hours to go. Hopefully it will make £100 which will be fantastic. Few other bits have sold and everything has watchers so fingers crossed I'll get a few more coffers in the next few days.
Getting very frustrated with my matched betting venture. After months of plucking up the courage to start I've got to send docs to verify my age !! Very frustrating after finally getting myself organised to start. Still hopefully within a few days I'll be up and running and ready to see how much I can turn my matched betting pot into.
Back on the straight and narrow with the weight watching again and dog walking for England - which was great fun in the snow tonight.

It always amazes me what sells. Mind you I've got a small child so the outgrown toys always do well. I always feel guilty that I don't pass them on to family but I have to think about us and our future and getting us DF.
I'm thinking about a CD clearout via Music Magpie myself....job for today.
Just found out DD's school is closed...so I've an extra pair of hands today.Working Hard to be Debt Free - one day :A soonDFW Long Hauler 74; Mortgage overpayments MFiT-2 challenger 100Total Nov07 £36000, Sep10 £1623:o:)0 -
Hi there, hope you dont mind, iv been reading your thread. I think its great that you are paying off so much debt. I dont really have much compared to some of you but itts still a struggle. Im losing my job on 9th March (12 month temp contract) and finding it hard to find another job. Could you give me any tips on selling stuff? iv bought from ebay but never sold anything and dont know where to start.

Hi barrys-lass - Sorry to hear about you losing your job. That must be very stressful
.
I've sold for a good while on ebay now, before even our LBM. I've sold all sorts of stuff that we've had lying around the house. Kids clothes and toys, books, baby equipment, clothes, china my mum was disgarding. I'd have a clear out and see what you can part with and then have a look on ebay and see if it sells. Sometimes things only go for a £1 or so but I always think that clutter cleared out of my house, and thats a £1 less debt:D . I enjoy selling far more than buying now which is a real turnaround....
I'd get a box of items and have a go - you've nothing to lose!
Good luck:cool:Working Hard to be Debt Free - one day :A soonDFW Long Hauler 74; Mortgage overpayments MFiT-2 challenger 100Total Nov07 £36000, Sep10 £1623:o:)0 -
