London sounds lovely, i've done nothing with my lads this holiday - they've not wanted to and i've not been able to take any extra leave, pants

I would use the mortgage overpayments to get the decorating done. sounds like a good plan to me cgx

We had a great day in London at the Zoo. The weather was kind and it only rained on us in the queue which was bill. The kids had a lovely time and it was time off the hamster wheel which is always good. Just tallying up how much I spent and that was bringing a packup with us. Always pricy going out with threee kids. Making memories though.

Payday for OH today and me tomorrow so totals will have a long overdue update. There won't be much of a reduction but at least there will be a reduction.

Just to warn you task for the day today - OVEN CLEANING !!!!!!

I hate oven cleaning i spray oven pride on and then wipe it out lol ! .... Sounds like you had fun and made some nice memories im on with the washing today pay day for me tomorrow so im very excited xx

I got Oven Pride at the weekend. Have yet to open the box, but the intention is there!!

good luck with cleaning the oven, be prepared as it's an extreme sport - i sprained my wrist last time i cleaned ours.

Thanks for all support ref my new extreme sport - Oven Cleaning. I daren't admit how long ago it was last done but I know it didn't get its pre christmas (MIL visiting clean) !

Spent a good few hours cleaning up the garden and patio this am before the rain came. Sad but I packed away the chairs and the umbrella, chopped back a bit of foiliage and emptied some plants in pots which had been killed by the winter weather ( yes garden chores are that far behind!). Feels like the summer is well and truly over as the rain lashes down.....

Quite quite face posting my new totals up since they've not gone down much....but i will do

Its sunny in yorkshire yay.... any decrease is good even if its a £1 so dont feel embarrassed you have cleared 36k on top of living in nearly 3 years thats good going xx and we have loved the read and ride xx

Thats Kind HTBDF. It just feels like the foots been well and truly off the pedal for a few months. Its not that we've not been clearing the debt its just some months we've only paid just over the minimum so we can clear some overspending here and there.

I've very nearly one very clean over. I say very nearly as a couple of places are on there 3rd oven cleaner dose after scrapping, scrubbing etc. I will overcome though..
