I think you've deliberately missed the point, Socrates_1.
The OP says the defence was struck out as he left his WS/evidence email in draft.
Oh yes indeed. There will be a suggestion it is a scam,
If this forum were a godsend to the parking firms we wouldn't have 99% win rate for people who follow all our advice to the letter (including serving their WS and evidence and not accidentally leaving it in draft). Sadly a mistake caused this loss.
And if we really were viewed by scumbag PPCs as a godsend, people like you wouldn't be so desperate as to register here to mislead people. Why bother?!

I'd actually like to thank everyone here for all the help and assistance they offered and gave, this website couldn't be suggested as a "scam" or nothing of that nature, it is a extremely helpful and welcoming environment, and because of it, if I were to actually have gone to a hearing, I would have been confident in doing so and relaxed.
It is my own unfortunate mistake this case has ended the way it did.
Ps sorry for that run on sentence

Correct wording, well done.Socrates_1 wrote: »I am sorry that you were badly advised.
I was advised, not told. It was my choice to continue to court.0
