HG - fingers crossed it will go in today and then I can start over :o:rotfl:

    Morning Everybody :)

    Day 22/28, 14 NSD's, Prolific £0, Cash £40.10 for 22nd-28th Feb

February Week 4 and I have £40.10, made up from £23.75 weekly spends, £9.90 carried over from last week + £6.45 cash from hubby. So, From the £40.10 I've allocated £13.10 to various pots which leaves me with £27 and the totals are now:

    Savings £70
    DS Savings £20
    Christmas £35
    Caravan £16.50
    Dogs £50
    Hairdressers £20
    Credit Card £40 extra payment
    Theatre Tickets £20
    CC Bonus Money £11
    Christmas Charity £2

Prolific money is still to go into my account but when it does there'll also be £2.50 each added to savings, caravan, theatre tickets and CC bonus payment. The other£10 is being put towards a gift.

Hope you all have a good Friday. xx

Those pots are creeping up Tea, and I can't believe how well you're doing with the NSDs and keeping your weekly spends in tact. I ALWAYS find that something comes up that throws us off course, so I'm in awe of you carrying money over!

Although, I do have £50 left in my clothes/ gifts pot that usually gets wiped out every month with something the kids need or gifts for birthday parties that they're going to etc.

£16.50 can get you a fair few ice creams!

Thanks HG. I've just been reading your figures, come back here and looked at my list and had to smile to myself at how tiddly my numbers are :rotfl: Even so I love every £1 in every pot, especially the caravan one which by my reckoning should get me 8 x 99's :D or at least a couple as a treat and then I'll fill the freezer with nice ones from the supermarket. ;)

I think the reason I've got money left over is because the DC's are past things like parties, play dates etc. and also because they have pocket money and they now have to spend it, rather than getting it AND me buying them things  xx

I'm glad you value every £1 in your pots - you should! Don't compare your numbers to other peoples' - everyone is different and so are their incomings and outgoings. It's what you do with it that counts!

Beanie - You're welcome to it. I'll send my hair up as well if you don't mind and you can get it cut then send it back to me :rotfl:

HG - Very wise words :) I feel I'm getting so much more value out of my money since starting this diary. A few months ago I wouldn't have thought I'd have anywhere near enough money for 10 pots and money left over to spend! xx

Woo Hoo, just as I'm typing this I've had notification my PA money is in my account. :T

End of Day round up :)

    Day 22/28, 14 NSD's, Prolific £0, Cash £17 for 22nd-28th Feb

It's been very money orientated today what with it being 'pay day, pot day, Prolific paying out, an Avon delivery and a bit of shopping'

After everything has been sorted some pots have a little bit more in them than this morning.

    Savings £70
    DS Savings £20
    Christmas £37.50
    Caravan £19
    Dogs £50
    Hairdressers £20
    Credit Card £40 extra payment
    Theatre Tickets £22.50
    CC Bonus Money £13.50
    Christmas Charity £2

Out of the £27 cash I spent £5 on Avon and £5 on things for the toiletry bags I'm making up. So I've got £17 for the week.

Hope everybody is ready for the weekend. xx
