Evening
Day 16/31, Spend £22.50
Did a little bit of shopping today and spent £2 on a book. Then out of my Savings I spent £6 on two cami tops. I also spent some money out of the charity pot but haven't added up how much yet. Out of the household account I bought 3 face masks and a box of Nescafe sachets. I'm not a massive coffee lover but Mum gave me some a few weeks ago and I really like them.
I didn't go to Sainsbugs in the end, but I did tidy the wardrobe then I opened the airing cupboard door and quickly shut it again. I've put it on my ''to do' list.
I need to get a box of things packed up and sent off this week. The cheapest postage I can find is £6.99 but for what I'm sending I think that's pretty good.
DD is having her tooth out tomorrow so I'm hoping that goes according to plan and she's not in too much pain afterwards. I have extra tins of soup in the cupboard to get her through the first couple of days.
Hope you've all had a lovely Sunday. xx

Day 17/31, Prolific £10.66 cleared, £2.59 pending, Spends £20.50
DD had her wisdom tooth out this morning. She was in the chair for 45 minutes and the dentist had to stop twice for a break! He told her it was the hardest tooth he'd pulled in a long time. It came out whole so the roots must have been in her brainI bought extra painkillers on the way home and so far she's pain free, but she's struggling a bit with it bleeding so I've had to ring in and query that and we've been told how to 'pack' it. Luckily I had gauze and lint in the first aid box. The nurse said it was a tough extraction so bleeding is to be expected but if it's not stopped tomorrow she'll probably have to go back.
I've posted the parcel which I paid for through Paypal and I've updated my Savings pot after my mini spend of £6. It's repetitive but I'm going to list the pots again because it helps me keep on track. I got a Mr T voucher through the post, just £2 this time because I couldn't get any delivery slots during Covid, but it all helps.

I know Beanie. And she did it all on her own because of the Covid situation which might have been for the best, otherwise I'd have been in the room with her probably making it worse by adding my own sound effects of oooh, aargh, how much longer

Hello Everybody
The Paypal option has returned to Shoppix so I've cashed out my £5. I started uploading receipts this time last year and I've had £30 from them. Hardly life changing but I wouldn't say no to £30 in 'real life' so it's worth doing. It nearly covers the postage I paid yesterday as well so I'm pretty much back where I started in that account.
Hubby transferred £65 to me yesterday which is a random number, but it's a % of some money that came into the household finances so I need to withdraw that and add it to my savings pot.
I've used the £2 Mr T voucher and shopping this week has come in at just under £100 which is the best it's been for a while. I've also got £17.86 on the Ic*land card which I'll save towards a few bits for Christmas. There's a bit of spending going on behind the scenes with some commitments I've made, but I'm slowly ticking these off the list which is a nice feeling.
DD's tooth seems to be OK so we haven't had to go back to the dentist which I'm grateful for. Hope you've all had a good day. xx

Afternoon
Day 22/31, Prolific £12.66 cleared, £4.22 pending, Week 4 spends £33.30
Shoppix: 580/3200, RH: 704/1500
Just 12 days until DS returns to school now much to his disgust. This week I really need to buy his shirts and shoes and send him for a haircut. Hubby will be poking his head through the door this time to tell the barber to cut it to the wood. The last haircut was a very half hearted attempt.
DD has re-enrolled for her 3rd and final year at Uni and has been told her course will be holding some lesson on line and some in class but as yet she doesn't know exactly what's happening as they're all being given individual timetables. It must be a logistical nightmare for teachers/lecturers.
I have another postage cost to pay this week then that's my posting commitments done for the time being. I also want to go to Sainsbugs and get some PJ's. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow. I'm a terrible procrastinator when it comes to doing anything for myself.
Spent a little bit at the weekend on bits and bobs so had £13.30 left over to divide between pots. I put £5 each in savings and Christmas and added the £3.30 to my weekly spends. I've decided not to include the £65 in the savings pot for now. Instead I've left it in my bank account.
Pots:
Savings: £179DS Savings: £80
Dog: £40
Hair: £10
Christmas: £185
Birthdays: £100
Paypal: £51.87
With Savings, Paypal, this week's spend and the £65 I have just short of £330 and I can't think of a blooming thing to spend it on. Sometimes I really bore myself. I know spending money isn't really the aim of this site but it must be nice to have something to save for. I hope that's taken in the spirit it's meant. Have a lovely weekend everybody. xx
