3secondmemory - where did you get your magnetic sheets from?"Men are generally more careful of the breed(ing) of their horses and dogs than of their children" - William Penn 1644-1718
We live in a time where intelligent people are being silenced so that stupid people won't be offended.10 -
Frugalista said:3secondmemory - where did you get your magnetic sheets from?I’m going to give up with my blooming pork chop at this rate. Another day where despite having the best intentions, I still didn’t manage to cook it. By the time I’d taken some extra painkillers and had a bath in the afternoon, I fell asleep from six pm until half an hour ago. I guess I used all my ‘spoons’ going out on Wednesday and peeling all those spuds this morning.13

It doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!11 -

There is some great information on there – breathing tips and exercises etc I was so inspired that I joined a Tuneless choir for 2 weeks before Covid19 ruined that 😂If you are on Facebook I have seen links for a chronic fatigue super conference with Dr Sarah Myhill - she is a huge advocate for ME/CFS 😃I been following her tips since I was hospitalised with God knows what going on with my lungs in November 2019. I was using a salt pipe, doing inhalation’s, breathing and vocal exercises for the early part of last year. The prognosis wasn’t looking great but I have made an almost full recovery from what was thought to be lung disease. It was slow though 😔Wishing you all the best with the jab 😃15 -
I mainly lurk and coming out to ask if there is a reason I am missing why locals are filling up jerrycans at the garage? Not sure if it is locals being locals or if I am missing something9
