And then they wonder why they get flooded! You're spot on about all the land going under decking and paving too. No sooner had they sold the last house in the select development of designer homes little ghetto at the back of us than the inmates started tarmacking the grass areas outside their bijou homettes in order to provide more parking for their enormobiles. And once they'd done that, having presumably been much taken originally with the birdies and the squirrels and the bats in the semi-rural wonderland to which they'd moved, they of course started getting the tree surgeons in to drop the nasty trees that dropped leaves about the place and let pigeons roost in them and poop on their cars.2025 Fashion on the ration

If it's anything like round here, the houses are probably built on a flood plain too.MrsCD said:

I needed a few things so dressed for the first time in a over a week and went into town 😃
We have a large Mr T and I took my time perusing the aisles - there were no signs of panic buying or shortages 😃
I’m getting used to using the store mobility scooter but it always means getting a taxi back home which adds a lot to the shopping bill.15 -
One of our neighbours goes out and sweeps her very few leaves up with a little dust pan and brush on their block pave and complains its to much for them all the trees (2 of them), the house is now for sale after only being there a short while. Astro turf is worse it leeches into the ground, why not plant clover if grass is to much.18

Vitamin advice please, what am I meant to be buying,.... Please! I know vitamin D, however do I just get the cheap boots one, or multi one or more expensive ones I'm really confused. Also which childrens ones are best, I've got a couple of boxes of bassets chewy ones but not sure. I will need some also for a 6m old baby soon.(where did that time go!!) Thanks in advance.16

You need D3 really, not just D. Drops are best for little ones, as easier than tablets and I haven't found any childrens D3 in chewable format. Some of the chewable multi vits have vit d, but the dosage can vary and not always full RDA. Hence we do one separately.
Cheap doesn't necessarily mean bad, just check the RDA you are getting. And as ever with these things, make sure that taking supplements won't interfere with any other medication.February wins: Theatre tickets14 -

I have heard vit D should be taken with K2? Anyhow have just arranged a vit D test so I know what I am dealing with. I was 50 nmol last time around - which my GP said was borderline adequate. I can't get my vit D from sun due to my meds and condition so I have a prescription which I sometimes top up on.Asda today didn't bring any toilet roll as I had elected for no substitute (don't want any old rubbish
). Also NO self raising flour apart from the smaller more expensive bags. Plus a price hike in the organic tinned tomatoes. Here we go again..14
