Feeling very low and lonely this morning. I was looking forward to coming out of isolation this month, not staying in it.
A change of medication isn’t helping - I’m wondering why I’m bothering. The casual way that people are talking about us dying is heartbreaking.I definitely need to get out of the house today and go for a walk.15 -
We are all here with you 3second! I was pretty much gobsmacked by Boris's speech yesterday, if the only advice he could give the over 70's with underlying health problems was 'don't go on cruises' we are all doomed!!Slightly bitter15

My son is a nurse - I’m scared I’ll never see him again. And then I’m reminded that no one cares what I think or feel. I’m useless and expendable.10

3secondmemory - Oh don't give up. We are doing the right thing by isolating - even if the gov't doesn't care!
Yes if you can get outside for a tiny bit without coming in close to people then do it - we have a bit of sun today.
I think we will all be suffering form Corona depression at some time - but don't lose your resolve.
Do you have any hobbies - reading, painting, puzzles etc? Audio books, series on YouTube?

I have to say that forbidding people to even go for a walk sounds rather extreme. As long as you don't cough or sneeze near anyone, I'd have thought people are fairly safe. What do you guys think?12

I live in between two rivers and two nature reserves - I have no fear of going out for walks or even popping to a shop - it’s prolonged, f2f, unnecessary social contact I have been avoiding since before Christmas.I’m not good at hobbies - with the bad memory, chronic fatigue and attention deficit - I’m a bit of a disaster! The best thing I have going for me at the moment is waking up and thinking ‘let’s go see what’s happening in my garden!’ I was going to make Bees my thing this year.12

Oh that's good - its great to be out in nature - and seeing the garden come to life will lift your spirits a little. I have the CFS too.
I like eating outside and having audio books to listen to as well - makes the time go quickly. Lots of free ones on YouTube.
