Not sure if this would be the right person to contact....

Ryan Kee? He doesn't have an email, but he does have an email button I could always send him an email if Starbucks fail.

He works for LSH (Mabert Smith Hampton) but the contact button is labeled... Contact LSH Surveyor, dont think hes the right guy.

you have already been told how to track down the MA in previous replies (including asking SB and other retailers and your local council regarding the NDR)

I've sent an email to Starbucks, so they should direct me to the M.A if they can't do anything and if they dont, Ill send them a reply asking to tell me who the M.A is and how to contact them... so Im just going to wait now until SB replies.

Just email him, and ask him that if he is not the right person, to pass you email to the right person, or give you the email address of the right person.

Ive emailed him to see if he can direct me to the right person. Lets see what they all say fun times.

Still no response from Starbucks, I did send out some emails regarding who is the M.A of the parking and with a little bit of luck I received a message this morning from Givan Andrew, apparently, he's the managing agent of the parking lot and has sent me an email...

"Morning (My Name),

I have been passed your contact details regarding a query you have with parking management at the above site.

Please let me know your query and I will see if can assist.

Andrew"

What should I do, should I still wait and see if Starbucks answer, or should I email him directly? If so, what should I say?
