If you are Services you'll get free admission? plus a one day ticket gives you a second day free which is useful to go back for the evening to catch the night time shows like Shamu Rocks.
Hi this is probably a really blonde question but by services do you emergency services/hospital staff? If so do you just show up with I.D on the day for free admission?0 -

I thought this was for Military folk and their families but it may have changed since I last checked
It's not a blonde question at all.0 -
Yes, you can do this with no problems.
The parks' official line is that any food brought should be eaten outside, but this is never enforced despite bag searches (they aren't searching for food!)
Last year Busch Gardens made someone leave all their food at the entrance , she had a small cooler box and was told on no terms was she allowed to take it through with her.Married 1st October 2015:heartpuls

Snacks and small food stuff are OK, but if you start taking in a full picnic they can be funny.Josey0 -

Hi everyone, we are considering Florida for the first time next year but haven't a clue where to start, I really can't sit and wade through this thread with over 4000 posts as it will take me forever! can anyone give me a rundown on how to go about it? or would we be better just going to the travel agents?
I have no idea about the parks, where to stay, park tickets, car hire, fly drive, villas etc, I have heard all these terms banded about but really have no idea where to start with it all, its mid boggling unless you know someone else who has been and can adviseAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

No offence but if you can't be bothered to 'wade' through this site which is full of valuable advice, help, tips and actual experience which people have taken their time to contribute to - then why you you expect someone to be bothered to re write it all in a bitesize manner for you?0 -

I went to Florida in March this year after not visiting for over 10 years. This thread is definately worth a "wade" there is so much good advice and top tips. You really should have a good read its interesting and gets you in the holiday mood.Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it.0 -
People asking about food - we were out there last month and had no problems with food, the sister-in-law got a cool box, filled it with stuff and we then hired a locker and left it in the locker until lunchtime (I think it is $5 for a locker for the day). We even got in with food at Busch, (we didn't have the coolbox then though)
People asking about the Busch offer - go to www.herosalute.com (but its says that it is only Military personnel)0
