Has anyone flown from Newcastle to Florida Sanford ?.

I booked through flythomascook.com but reading up, I think it might be a Monarch aeroplane we are flying with.

I was just wondering if anyone can confirm this and what kind of plane it was.

I'm looking through expedia at the moment trying to book a Florida holiday for myself and my girlfriend for 2 weeks on the boundary of August and September. we did this last year and found that it was a great way to organise it, as the first week is crowded and the second quiet. However, in the first week we got all the great evening shows and late-night opening times at the various parks that we'd have missed if we went for 2 weeks in September, for example.

Anyway, I was wondering if any of the experienced bods here could let me know if expedia is likely to be the lowest price I find for flights and accommodation. Neither my girlfriend nor myself are particularly bothered about the quality of the hotel as long as it has bed, shower, air conditioning and a pool. however, we'd like the place to be on International drive, preferably within easy walking distance of Wet N Wild

I have gone a few times myself, but was wondering if anyone had any recommendations other than what I'm already doing?

    Thanks!

try holiday inn international, rodeway inn international or ramada lakeside (on the same lake as wet'n'wild)
all within a couple of minutes walk from wet'n'wild.
i book through hotelopia.com, best prices and there is also a 10% discount code hanging around as well.

    Hi,
Have been to Florida many times, try The Flight Centre or Broadway Travel, bought a very good flydrive from airtours, nice plane, good flight times etc....Bide your time and get the deal you want.....I highly recommend the Rodeway Hotel, stayed there a few times before we bought a timeshare in kissimmee.the Rodeway is opposite the Ponderosa on international drive and a short walk to wet and wild..or hop on the tram and there in a jiffy...if you are looking to venture further afield.... a day at St Augustine is well worth a visit....

    Hi guys,

I'm looking for some help to find a cheap villa preferably in the Kissimmee area for our first visit to Florida. I've tried looking on the net but I'm just bamboozled by the number of websites out there and don't know where to start.

    Our requirements :-

    2 or 3 Bedroom Villa
    14 nights stay
    8th May - 22nd May (not flexible)
    Games room (if possible)
    Private pool
Budget < £800 for whole stay
    Flights not required.

If anyone can point me towards a suitable villa that would be great or perhaps a reputable website that I can search?

Also if I'm being unrealistic with the budget for the type of villa we're after it would be good to know

    Hi,
Try Premier Vacation Villas, rented a lovely villa at Eagle Pointe Kissimmee through them.....Also look on expedia, sometimes there are good value villas there, renting a villa is a minefield, as there are so many, decide on a development and go from there, Eagle Pointe, Indian Ridge, Hampton Lakes are a few well known developments in Kissimmee....

http://www.lastminutevillas.net/ go into orlandokissimmee area. Scroll down to the bottom of the page. Fill the form in, and let the villa owners contact you. Just say a minimum of 3 beds. Dont think you will have any problem filling your criteria for that time. Should get plenty of offers.£250/£300pw Pool heating will not be needed.
Link to a villa map to help you get some idea of where the different sites are in the area!
