I've done this three times. Twice with Virgin and once with Delta (via Atlanta). Both worked out cheaper than a normal return to Orlando. Several websites (Opodo, Expedia, Travelocity, Ebookers) allow you to search for multi-city flights.
  • Cheers for that, just what I needed to convince Mum that we will need a car. I love driving and "don't do public transport" BUT we are trying to money save on this trip - despite it being such an expensive time of year (I'm a teacher so there is no cheap time and our family don't want to spend Xmas with us nowdays so it just gets boring with only the three of us)
The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j

You should be able to do it with most airlines- it's called open jaw. As long as the same airline does both flights.

I'm pretty sure sites like Opodo will put together an itinerary of different airlines. They include airlines like AirFrance and KLM, which code-share with various USE airlines.

Has anyone travelled with Mercury Travel? They want full money at time of booking and I don't want to lose it.
