You all should also visit the BEST outlet mall INHO which is the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. Its easy to get to on Vineland Ave and has the best choice of stores.
The GAP there has a kids section, the one at Premium outlets does not. It has an Old Navy which is basically the same as GAP as they own it but its half the price. They have a good Nike and Reebok store. also an IZOD which is awesome for polos etc. Has a Converse also etc.

Have been several times, last time was 4 years ago. We liked Universal and would probably go back for the extra day. Intend to stagger the tickets as suggested. I reckin 1 day to do SeaWorld is enough - it's a good day out but I reckon 1 day is enough. have seen other suggestions for the rest of the days - thanks, anymore? Myself and OH (early 40 somethings) + daughter 7.
Just read about the disney tickets grrrrrr - why do that, why not just wait until the offer ended!!! Wait until I see Mickey!
We are going at Christmas for our 6th visit , we always say this time we will take more time to look at the bits in between the rides ,
I think someone was mentioned the Space centre , we always enjoy that ,
We are doing Dine with Shamu , done it before and enjoyed it , there are a few behind the scenes tours at seaworld you can do , not sure of the age restrictions on the ones at Disney
Have you tried WWW.Thedibb.co.uk ........it has to be the forum with the most information on the parks and things to see outside the parks0 -

yes, haven't logged on for a while tough, will look. Have a nice time at Xmas, hope the $ improves.
As the Disney offer has gone up I'm looking at the Disney's 7-Day Magic Your Way Premium Ticket (onelineflorida.co.uk £189/£165) instead.
7 days to the main parks + 6 days in the other parks, 14 days expiry.
2 days MK, 2 Epicot, 1 AK, 1 Studios + 2 spare for the main parks.
is this a good deal or ??0 -
As you aren't going until May and the Disney offer is now shot I'd hold off for a bit to see if there are any "offers" at the beginning of the year but do keep checking the websites.
The 7 day ticket is quite a good option as you are planning on going to other attractions and it means you can use the water parks on days you aren't going to the main parks and use the 7 + 7 water park/Disney Quest days over 14 days. It also has the option for park hopping of course.0 -
For those of you that like to book all of your Disney Dinner Reservations in advance you will know you used to have to call the 407 WDW DINE number 180 days in advance. Well Disney have improved this service and the improvements will go live alter this month.
You will be able to book these online! Keep checking the Disney sites for more info.

We have just got back from Florida today and I wanted to view this forum as it proved very useful prior to our visit. Having read some of the threads I just wanted to add my thoughts on how long you need at each park. It does all depend on your party size and mix but worked well for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 & 15).
Hollywood Studios (we did one main day and went back to spend our last couple of hours there prior to our flight home) - Get there early if you want to go on the new Toy Story Ride (it's well worth it but currently all the Fast Passes get sold out by about 11:30am and this morning their was a 70 minute wait if you wanted to queue). Tower of Terror and Rock n Roll had about 15-20 minute waits.
EPCOT (we did 1 day and arrived around 11am and stayed until 9pm to experience the fireworks over the lake - Fast Pass the Test Track and Soarin as they had about 60 minute waits).
Seaworld (you can do it in a day and its well worth it with a great mix of rides and shows). I know it's not everyone’s cup of tea to see animals in captivity but if you read the literature and talk to the staff you can see that they are doing a great deal for conservation especially with their efforts to protect the dolphins, whales and manatees.
Magic Kingdom (we did 2 days at the park but can be done in one). Our second visit was for Mickey's not so scary Halloween Party on the 31st and it was absolutely spectacular for all the family. I would recommend this for anyone who is over their next Halloween as it's a real family occasion. If you have got younger kids then I would definitely recommend doing 2 days at the park.
Universal & Islands of Adventure (we did 1 day at each park and went back for a further half day at each one). Simpson’s & MIB at Universal are a must and they had about 40 minute waits. Jurassic Park & Ripsaw are great at IOA but be warned you get very wet so spare clothes for the kids is a good idea or at the very least a towel.
Water Parks (we did half a day at Blizzard Beach & 1 day at Aquatica). BB is OK but the water temp for this time of year was a bit cold. Aquatica is fantastic and the water is lovely and warm. There is a great selection of rides and a great play area for the kids. There are plenty of sun beds to go around so need for a mad dash early in the morning (maybe different in peak season). They have great river rapids that run round the park and the water is nice and warm. Put on one of the life vest and sit back and relax.
Busch Gardens (we did 1 day at the park and got there for about 10am - 1hr drive down I4). This was our favourite park and we would recommend it to everyone as there is a great mix of rides for all the family and the wildlife is great. This park had the best food choices out of all of the parks we visited.
Animal Kingdom (we did this in 1 day). This park is OK but felt very compact and crowded and we didn't enjoy it as much as the other parks. If you have got time the Lion King show is definitely worth doing and was the highlight of the day.
Sorry for the long winded post but hope this proves useful to people going out in the next few weeks or so.
Thanks for this info, I still can't decide what tickets to buy and for how long.
There are four adults and one child ( she is 11 - think that counts as a child)
I was going to buy a 14 day pass for magic kingdom and the same for Universal. ( buy 7 days, get 7 days free) Its working out about £1600 and Im wondering if it would be better to buy indvidual day tickets for any of the parks.
Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find it in the search bar.0 -

A child is 3-9 years old at Disney and Universal, 10 years and older is an adult. (TBH though, child tickets aren't that much cheaper anyway.)
Work out how many days you want to spend at each park - maybe allow a day or two to visit just for evening fireworks etc (maybe on a 'rest' day) - it's easy to over-buy tickets and end up not having got the full use out of them, making them poor value for money.
You can buy individual day tickets, although it works out cheaper per day to buy multi-day tickets.2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07

Thanks, do they normally do offers at the beginning of the year? What offers have they done in the past? Will keep checking the websites but don't want to miss out again. I think the Disney promotion was excellent but I'm angry  that they just increased the offer without notice. Why did they extend it in the first place?. I was going to buy before the extension but thought another month can wait. I'm thinking of complaining to them about it.0
