We're hoping to be taken back to the airport from Disney to collect our car hire from the airport. Disney won't ask me anything like flight nos will they? I wouldn't like them to check our bags in on our behalf as I won't really be going on a flight when they take me back?
Hope this makes sense any advice would be appreciated!!!!
Using the Magical Express Disney won't check in your bags at the resort you need to do that yourself for overseas flights so thats not a problem, you just take your luggage on the coach to the airport with you.0 -
Going next May for 3 weeks. 2 adults + 1 (age 7)
Intend on buying Disney 14 day Ultimate tickets £169/£149 (Disney)
Discovery Cove Ultimate £197 (Floridatix.co.uk) £197 (includes Sea World, Aquatica & Busch Gardens for 14 days)
Universal 2 Park Bonus (14 days) (Floridatix.co.uk) £69/£65
These are the cheapest I can find.
Does anyone else have an recommendations or found them cheaper?
I reckon on 8 days at Disney Parks, 2 Universal, 1 SeaW, 1 Busch, 1 Aqu, 1 DC = 14 days total and 7 left.
Anyone recommend Floridatix?
Just to point out that the offer on Disney tickets for next year at £169 you need to order by 2 December.0 -

Going to Orlando late next year and wondering if anyone can help.
What will be best ,
1. staying in a disney hotel.
or
2. staying on international drive.
We are going with a 8 year old and not taking a car, so will need to use public transport.
Also re the disney theme park tickets, is this for the parks like universal studios etc or just the parks where the disney hotels are as well.
Sorry another q's
the disney dining plan is this worth it.
thanks for any info
If you aren't taking a car you would be better in a Disney Resort with the use of Disney Transport, have a look at Pop Century I think your 8 year old would love it and plenty of kids to meet up with. To explore outside of Disney you can take Disney transport to Down Town Disney then pick up a local bus or taxi quite cheaply to the outlet malls or other parks.
The Disney tickets only do the Disney parks, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and the Studios along with their two water parks.0 -

Cheaper using Disney themselves for the 7 day pass as you will get 14 days for the price of 7 at £169 per adult which gives you the advantage of being able to pop into a Disney park of an evening just to catch the fireworks if you have spent the day elsewhere. Need to buy by 2 December, can't help you with the price of the other tickets I'd just Google and see if you can get them cheaper.0 -

I have just looked at our booking online with virgin to see about passes & the dining plan.
We are 2 adults & 3 kids (ages 3, 6 & 11).
My question is this:
When I asked for a quote for the dining plan it quoted me for a kids price for the 11yr old. I know that disney's ages for the kids dining plan is 3 to 9yrs.
Is this right? I am tempted to book it at this price. This being said I dont want any unpleasant suprises when we get there like having to pay the extra!
Has anyone had any experience of virgin & the dining plan?
Thanks0 -

Anyone tell me where I can find these prices, looking at the Disney Site they are doing the 7/14 day offer, but the prices are £206.00 adults, £186.00 children.

(We are going as a group - 8 adults 1 child), any saving soon mounts up0
