Hi everyone!
Sorry if this has recently been covered but my question is about upgrading disney tickets so that they don't expire.
We are going next year in October, and plan to get either the 14 day ultimate or the 7 day pass for Disney.
Obviously with the price discount at the moment the Ultimate looks the best deal. But can you make it so that it doesn't expire? Is it only the 5 or 7 day pass?
Also where abouts do you go to upgrade it, and roughly how much does it cost?
Thanks in advance for the replies!
Its only the UK 7 Day Premium Pass that you can upgrade and it has to be done at a Disney Park in Orlando, costs up to $100. Because the 14 day pass is very competitively priced for the UK market you can't upgrade it.0 -
Well I spoke to 4 different people and eventually got told that it will have to be sent by Virgin Cargo and I have emailed them and I shall await their response. Oh and yeah I got someone who spoke not very good English too, he thought I was in America now!
I hadn't give it a thought that I would have to pay import tax on it with me bringing it back from holiday
This is getting worse by the day. I shall wait to see what they say and when they email me back from Virgin @ Olando Airport.
Why is it nothing is straight forward anymoreIf this has helped you please don't forget to click Thanks, thankyou.0 -
you will have to pay duty on it. it will have to be declared. I suspect Virgin would be liable to HMRC for not declaring it.
it's one of those things I'm afraid.
you can always call HMRC (don't give your name though, ask about the duties from US to UK on the item, giving it's US value) If Virgin don't have to declare it, then you can try and bring it in, but at that size, someone in customs would notice it I would have thought as it's wheeled past them!Remember the time he ate my goldfish? And you lied and said I never had goldfish. Then why did I have the bowl Bart? Why did I have the bowl?0 -
