disny-cjd.....well I learn something new every day. Thanks for that...not that we're heading back for a while but I'll file that info away :)

no worries, it really gets to me that Disney raise their parking rates three times a year! When we were their in May it was 11 bucks. This August it was 12 and I bet in October it will be 13!

And also, you know that they get all of their Coke products for free, so each time you buy a water or Sprite or Coke its 2 bucks straight into their pockets, well those of Steve Jobs of Apple as he is the major shareholder in Disney now!

  • Apart from the finger scanning of the tickets if the tickets bought are the UK Ultimate 14 days tickets if they have been used even once they will have expired 14 days from the first day of use so unless the seller gives a very good reason for not having used the tickets at all I would be very wary.

Yeah my thoughts s well, i like a bargain and all but would just not risk it with something that could leave you stood at the gates of MK with a pair of ticklets to no where. I have spent the afternoon looking for carhire, its tickets now for me. Any thoughts on best deals available? I will read back as well, i am just so bored of looking for things today, but serves me right for doing things late.

We will be going to Disney Parks and Seaworld this time. Did Universal for the first time in years in June and the original park left me a little dissapointed if i am honest, a little tired looking and missing the Disney touch. IOA was brill for rides but not ideal for my parents this time so giving the whole lot a miss.

We want to be able to park hop if needed as having a 2 year old we often just went for the evening if doing wishes or even for a few hours at a time. Would i be best buying the 2 week unlimited still?

Wow sorry for essay, think im just getting my thoughts down in black and white so i have to act on them.:D
    :naughty:
  • Mercury Travel is cheapest for Disney tickets at the moment and yes I prefer the freedom of the 14 day ticket and not worrying about what days you have left etc for only a tenner more.

How many are you for Seaworld as there is a code for $25 off but minimum is buying 4 tickets?

edit you won't need a ticket for the 2 year old so scrub that one!
  • We need 4 so that would work out perfect. Will have a look now at Mecury Travel. I bought from undercover tourist last time and did the Discovery Cove 15% voucher that including Sea World. I did think you could buy direct from Seaworld for a good price, but that was June so who knows now.

Yeah if he was 3 i am not so sure we would be heding back so soon, thats when it starts getting, really expensive.

Thanks for the help by the way. :T

despite their price promise they refused to match or even beat the the official price being offered at Disney for their ultimate tickets for 2009 , so much for their price promise

When you say at 'Disney' where do you mean? I have used these people for the last 2 visits so am surprised. Perhaps they have changed their policy due to the recent drop in the exchange rate or it could be too early for 2009. Not sure why anyone would want to buy them so early, money is better off in a savings account for tickets.

A bit of fancy wording by disney here me thinks, as the 14 day ticket is only usually about £10 dearer than the 7 day ticket normally anyway, still a saving mind, just not as much as 14 days for the price of 7 would make you think, Dave.
Take every day as it comes!!
  • However it is 2009 prices for £169 instead of around £184 so a fair saving if you are going early in the year and can afford to pay the money now.

Segway tour of Celebration here http://www.zetours.com/ which sounds like fun.
  • Hi, We have just booked a late minute holiday to Orlando. Can anyone please hep me by advising which parks to go to (2 adults and 1x4year child).
